01The problem

This is not a talent failure. It is a systems failure.

The talent pool in competitive esports is larger than it has ever been. And yet the overwhelming majority of players who are capable of competing at a high level never do. They plateau. They regress. They disappear.

Solo queue teaches players to trust themselves above the structure around them. Communication defaults to emotion instead of information. Leadership is absent, not because no one wants to lead, but because no one was ever taught what leading looks like. The gap between potential and achievement is not a skill gap. It is a systems gap.

Anarchy Academy exists to close it: a structured organization where every layer of the ecosystem is developed with equal intent, held to defined standards and supported by frameworks built to produce measurable improvement.

02Development ecosystem

Who we develop.

Anarchy exists for more than players. We develop every role within the competitive ecosystem, because championships are built by organizations, not individuals.

Competitor

Competitive Player

The frontline of performance. Players who execute systems under pressure with precision, discipline and composure.

Development objectives

  • Master mechanical fundamentals within a structured system
  • Develop game sense, positioning and decision frameworks
  • Build mental resilience and competitive composure
  • Contribute meaningfully to team systems and protocols

03Core pillars

The eight foundations.

Every development decision, program and system is built on these eight pillars. They are not values we aspire to. They are the operating principles we live by.

Leadership

Command · Direction · Accountability

Leadership at Anarchy is not a title. It is a behavior. Everyone in the ecosystem is developed to lead from their position, whether that is IGL, analyst or community member: taking ownership, communicating clearly and setting the standard others follow.

  • In-game leaders making decisive calls under time pressure
  • Coaches holding teams accountable to agreed standards
  • Analysts presenting findings that influence strategic direction

04The Anarchy development path

Your journey through the ecosystem.

Five stages, four transitions, one direction. Every individual follows a structured progression that builds not just skill, but identity, leadership and legacy.

  1. 0

    Pre-entry

    Initiate

First contact with the ecosystem. No structure yet, only raw potential. You begin by understanding expectations and honestly assessing where you stand.

    Unstable
  2. 01

    Stage one

    Discover

Identify your role, your genuine strengths and the development areas that matter most. Clarity replaces uncertainty and direction begins to form.

    Entry
  3. 1.5

    Integration

    Align

Adapt to the system: structure, discipline, communication standards and team logic. You stop playing individually and start operating inside a framework.

    Integration
  4. 02

    Stage two

    Develop

Enter structured programs. Repetition, structured feedback and controlled progression become your primary environment for growth.

    Active
  5. 2.5

    Focused

    Specialize

Master your specific role: player, leader, analyst, coach or builder. You move from general improvement to role precision and real system contribution.

    Focused
  6. 03

    Stage three

    Lead

Take full ownership of outcomes. Drive performance and decision-making in your domain. You are now responsible for structure, not just participation.

    Elevated
  7. 3.5

    Influence

    Stabilize others

Your value is now measured by the consistency of those around you. You actively improve your teammates, your structure and your environment.

    Influence
  8. 04

    Stage four

    Mentor

Give back. Develop the next generation using the systems that developed you. Knowledge becomes structured and intentionally passed forward.

    Impact
  9. 4.5

    Foundation builder

    Contribute systemically

You no longer only teach individuals: you improve frameworks, systems and methods, and shape how the organization operates.

    Foundation builder
  10. 05

    Stage five

    Legacy

Your contribution becomes part of the organization's foundation. Recognized. Permanent. You helped define the system, and your influence persists after your direct involvement ends.

    Immortal impact

05How we develop

Every player works in cycles.

A cycle has a focus, a small number of objectives, training aimed at them, evidence collected along the way, and an evaluation at the end. Then the next one begins.

  1. Assessment

The first evaluation of the cycle shows exactly where the player is.

  2. Objectives

Two or three development goals. Never more.

  3. Training

Planned sessions aimed at the objectives, each with a focus, exercises and an expected outcome.

  4. Evidence

Training reports after every session, match statistics and VOD reviews.

  5. Evaluation

The closing evaluation, compared with the previous cycle.

  6. Next cycle

Open objectives carry over. The work continues.

06Evaluation

Five dimensions. One honest score.

Every player is scored on the same five dimensions, from 1 to 10. We score only what we observed, and every score carries its evidence: a VOD timestamp, a scrim, a match.

DISDiscipline

Consistency, punctuality, following the plan.

DECDecision making

Rotations, engagements, use of information.

ADAAdaptation

Adjusting to opponents, metas and feedback.

COMCommunication

Clear, timely, calm calls, and listening.

CPTCompetition

Performance under pressure.

07Ranks

Earned. Never given.

Every player carries a rank. It is separate from any title or role, and it moves up and down with performance. The six chevrons are worn inside the organization.

08Beyond the game

Skills that outlast any meta.

Esports is the medium. Development is the mission. The habits of a high-performance competitor are the habits of a high-performance professional.

09Culture & standards

We don't need rules. We hold standards.

Rules

External constraints. They need someone to monitor, flag and punish. An organization built on rules performs when it is watched.

Standards

Internal commitments. Each member holds themselves and others accountable. An organization built on standards performs when no one is watching.

What we expect from every member

  1. Show up prepared. Every session, every match.
  2. Communicate honestly, especially about your own gaps.
  3. Hold yourself accountable first, before anyone else.
  4. Support your teammates' development actively.
  5. Treat the standards as your own, not as rules imposed on you.

10Hall of Growth

Silver is the standard. Gold is earned.

We do not celebrate popularity. We celebrate impact. The Hall of Growth recognizes the people whose contributions made the ecosystem stronger, regardless of role, rank or visibility.
