Growth mindset
Your current level is a starting point, not a ceiling. Open to feedback, willing to be challenged, honest about your weaknesses.

This is not a sign-up form. It is an application to join a structured development ecosystem. We review every application individually, because the quality of our people determines the quality of development every member experiences.
01What we look for
We do not select on rank or rating alone. We assess character, mindset and the willingness to operate inside systems larger than any individual.

Development is not passive. We look for people who show up consistently, not occasionally, as a standard.
Individual brilliance that breaks team systems is not welcome. Your value grows with the strength of the system around you.
Clear, honest, constructive communication is non-negotiable. We assess it from the very first interaction.
Know why you want to improve, not just that you do. Purpose drives consistency when motivation fluctuates.
Receive criticism, process it without ego and apply it immediately. Talent that can't be coached never reaches its potential.
02Select your path
Choose the role that best describes your main contribution. Your application goes to the relevant development lead.
Thank you. Your application is now with the relevant development lead. We review every application individually within 5–7 working days and answer by email or Discord. If you are selected, we will invite you to a short introductory conversation.
04The process
You apply here. It lands directly with our development leads, inside the Anarchy Workspace.
Every application is read individually within 5–7 working days.
A short voice conversation. Not an interview: we want to understand you, your role and your goals.
You train and play with us. Staff observe how you work inside a system.
You are scored on our five dimensions: discipline, decision making, adaptation, communication, competition.
Accepted with a team and position, placed on reserve, or not this time. Always with honest feedback.
05Common questions
No. There is no minimum rank. We weigh mindset, coachability and commitment far above current rank. A lower-ranked applicant with the right character will always be preferred over a high-ranked one who cannot work inside a team system.
Absolutely. We actively look for coaches, analysts, managers, community builders and mentors. Non-player roles are not secondary; they are foundational.
Program access and any associated costs are discussed in the introductory session. Our priority is that development quality is never blocked by financial barriers. If this is a concern, write to academy@anarchyesports.eu before applying.
Every decision comes with honest feedback about your development areas. You are welcome to apply again once you have worked on it.
It depends on the program and role. Foundation members typically invest 5–8 hours a week in structured activities; Advanced and Elite require more. We build around your realistic availability.
